Do people realize that the Holy Roman Catholic and Apostolic Church is the correct one?

I mean, catholics have it better in so many ways. One is marble and stained-glass windows. For the buck I put in the collection plate, I want production value. That means a *real* church, not just some community center that doubles as a basketball court.
Also, catholics have saints – more than 10,000 of them. They’re like God’s customer service reps, and each one has a specialty. Say you loose your wallet. You could bother God to help you find it, and be on the bottom of the list to have it answered, but if you’re a catholic you can have St. Anthony do it for you. Finding lost things is all he *does*.
But don’t believe me, if you don’t want. You could do your own thing and be a protestant, methodist, presbyterian, or baptist… or as I like to call them, “heretics”.
LOL! I think St. Anthony gets so much attention because he is so good at what he does. That and because we can never remember where we put things.

Exactly. That’s why I’ve always enjoyed being a roman catholic. Screens in the windows and even colourful stained-glass ones, priests with pretty costumes and real singing in church. It’s just kind of more lively and engaging than in a protestant church.
No because it isn’t. Roman Catholicism is a pagan corruption of His true Church. I do appreciate the attempt by the Roman Catholic Church to venerate the divine feminine through Mary, however, misled that attempt is.
Stained glass windows in a man-made church building don’t mean anything, for God does not dwell in houses made with human hands.
Most religions have saints! If you want to find a lost wallet, you can call on a “spirit guide” too, much less Saint Anthony, it doesn’t change the fact you are praying to someone other than GOD!
The Orthodox Church is the true church.

Why is it the “correct one”?
If it was SO correct why does it keep coming up with new rules and new sins?

Oh, one new sin that the great catholic church has come up with is truly priceless, The sin of accumulating to much wealth. I’ve always thought that the Catholic church was hypocritical but this takes the cake!

Yeah, but the catholics stole those saints. You know most of them were originally Pagan gods.
The say they are the correct one. The pope has renounced revelation. So who is left to vouch for the Catholic church? Certainly not their own scriptures. They tell a much different story.
The church that Christ organized had apostles, prophets, and teachers.

It was run under the authority of the Melchizedek Priesthood (Hebrews 11).
The authority of God was evidenced by miracles.

Baptism was a covenant that replaced the covenant of circumcision. It was done by immersion.

Christ’s church practiced vicarious baptism for the dead.

There is a church like this on the Earth today. It is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It is not a reformation but a church established by God through new revelation. And yes, he will vouch for it.

hey, just because some one dosnt believe in what you do, dosnt make them heretics, i dont believe in the whole god crap anyway, but i dont call you anything because of your beliefs, and if the churchs are that concerned with things, why dont they sell some of their assets and help a bit, instead of asking for more money all the time, so get of the un-believers case
Yes, the Catholic Church has many things going for it, but it has one major disadvantage: Catholic Guilt. All Church’s have their own flavor of guilt, but nobody does it quite like the Catholics. Except maybe the Jews, but they’ve been at it longer than the rest of us.
There is one way around Catholic Guilt and that would be the confessional. You step in this little booth, tell the priest your sins, and you’re home free, right? Wrong. You gotta do penance baby! Lots and lots of penance. Those Hail Mary’s and Our Fathers aren’t going to say themselves, are they?
Another disadvantage: Nuns! Anyone who has ever attended a Catholic School knows there is no greater fear besides hell than a nun packing a ruler. And the older they are the meaner!
Last but not least, Sex. You can have sex. You just can’t enjoy it. That’s right people. You’re not allowed to think about it, dream about it, or DO IT until you are married and even then, it isn’t supposed to be pleasant. I mean come on, how fun is sex going to be if you know the only reason your doing it is to squeeze out a few brats. Be fruitful and multiply but do it with a straight face and ONLY in the missionary position…so sayeth the Lord…somewhere in the Bible….Amen.
Sounds a lot better than all the other religions of the world, actually sounds quite tempting.

So the True Church will follow the teachings of the Apostles, There was NO Catholic church during that time frame, Now You catholics claim to be a successor of Apostle Peter, No you all are not a successor nor follower, Peter was a married man, & Catholics Priest can not marry, Peter baptized by complete immursion in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, You catholics don’t do that, all you do is sprinkle a few drops of your so-called Holy Water on anyone, even a infant child, Peter did not sprinkle anyone, Period. Peter preached that there is only ONE in the Godhead, You Catholics preach in 3 persons in the Godhead, First of all, God & the Holy Ghost is the very same spirit of God, because God is a spirit & not a person as you catholics try to make it, also you catholics also believes that Mary is still a Virgin, not even reading that after Jesus was born, That then Mary had sexual relationship with her husband, Joseph, therefore Mary is no longer a virgin, You catholics pray to Mary & say Mary is our mediator, The bible says Jesus Christ sits on the throne of mercy & grace as our mediator between God & man. Now I could keep going on & on & On.

St Theresa of Avila, Mother Theresa, St Christopher, etc etc

catholics have a LOT of dogma and beleifs that are NOT biblical.
You know, you got part of your “question” right. Unfortunately you have missed it. The Roman Catholic church has nothing to do with the Apostolic Church. The Apostolic Church is correct. The word of God does not tell us to make our petitions known to angels or “saints”. He tells us to make our petitions know unto HIM. If you are wanting “production value” for your measly dollar you put in the plate then maybe you are in the right place for your attitude. The Church is not a building, but instead it is the body of believers, which is the body of Christ. The Catholic doctrine does not line up with the Apostolic doctrine, nor does it line up with most of the truth of the Scriptures.
So, I realize that the Roman Catholic church is the false one, while the Apostolic is correct.
Follow after Christ and His word rather than after the traditions of men (Colossians 2:6-9) Also, we are commanded by God not take away from His word or add to it (Deuteronomy 4:2, 6:3-9, etc.)
