I would just ask him. You should be able to talk with him about this.

    It could be coffee!

You should probably talk to him about what he did last night and tell him what you found when you were doing his laundry.

Maybe there is a reason for this, he may of not changed his underwear for a few days and the pee stains and poo stains could be what this is……. he may have an infection especially if his Hygiene is bad..

First thing, protect your self. Stains and odors in your husbands pants can be caused by a couple
reasons. Both of witch you owe it to yourself to find out the truth. Ether reasons, you will have to
face your husband with underpants in hand. Just remind him that the stains and odor are in his pants
and you don’t want stains and odors in yours. If there is something medical wrong with him, he needs
help. Stains and odor are NOT a good thing for anybody. That way you can take care of your husband
medical needs (if) he has any. And if no medical help is needed, you still get the answer to the other
    question you asked.
